We would like to acknowledge that the land on which we gather and dance is the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and the QayQayt First Nation Nations.
Our dance season runs every year from May until September. We perform all over the Vancouver lower mainland in festivals, private functions and theater performances. Make sure you follow us on our Social Media and check out our pictures in our Media Gallery.
This year we would like to dedicate our 2020 Dance season to women around the world who dedicate themselves to promote art, especially Mexican Dance. We recognize that our traditions have been kept and nurtured by women over the centuries. We are inspired by Mexican Grammy award winner Lila Downs, we had the amazing opportunity to dance at her show back in 2018 at the Chan Center for the Performing Arts in Vancouver.
Every year our purpose is to represent and share Mexican Culture through dance, as a Non-profit organization we do this with passion and professionalism creating and building diversity and community.
As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, our 2020 Dance Season will be full of surprises, stay tuned and follow us more updates.
